James Babb designs. Over 40 years ago, long before computers became a common sight, I was designing with pencil and paper. I was more fascinated by how angles could be drawn accurately with a protractor, than how to catch a ball.
My father was a custom car designer, so I grew up in a machine and sheet metal shop. Although I followed a very different career path, those early experiences watching him shape sheets of brass into the curves and angles of his precise designs still stays with me. I have always had a great respect for the methods of production, and how good design can make for a more efficient end product.
I will add more details about my abilities later...
